1. Shipping Locations We currently ship across India to all major cities, towns, and pin codes.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, etc.): 3-5 business days
• Other cities & towns: 5-7 business days
• Remote areas: 7-10 business days

3. Shipping Charges. 

• Prepaid orders: Free shipping + ₹200 off (Use code: PREPAID200)
• COD orders: ₹50 COD charge applicable

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
• You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Track your order using the link sent to your registered email or mobile number.
• For tracking issues, contact us at support@sitvora.in.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
• In case of lost shipment, we will investigate with the courier and resolve within 7 business days.
