Welcome to Sitvora Ergonomics. By accessing or purchasing from our website sitvora.in, you agree to the following terms.
1. General By using our site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms.
2. Products We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice. All product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
3. Pricing All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
4. Orders & Payment We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- COD Orders: A convenience fee of ₹50 will be added to all Cash on Delivery orders.
- Prepaid Orders (Online Payment): Get ₹200 off on all prepaid orders as a thank you for paying online.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation.
5. Shipping Delivery within 3-7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural circumstances.
6. Returns & Refunds As per our Return & Refund Policy — 7 days return for damaged/defective items only.
7. Warranty 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. Does not cover damage due to misuse.
8. Intellectual Property All content on sitvora.in including images, logos, and text is the property of Sitvora Ergonomics.
9. Limitation of Liability Sitvora Ergonomics is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
